Promotions for Storefronts:
(1) 5% discount offered for lump-sum payment;
(2) 3% discount offered for payment with mortgage loans, i.e. 50% initial payment plus payment with mortgage loans from banks;
(3) 2% discount offered for payment by installments, specifically payment of 50% of the total housing payment upon the conclusion of the contract, 30% within 5 months after the conclusion of the contract and the remaining 20% within 10 months after the conclusion of the contract;
(4) 1% discount offered for initial payment by installments, provided the proportion of the initial payment is no less than 30% of the total housing payment and another 20% financed by the company shall be paid within 6 months.

Group Purchase:
An additional 2% discount is offered for any one-off purchase of over 300 ㎡ or two or more storefronts, provided payment by installments does not exceed 15 months (for specific terms on payment by installments, refer to the installment plan of the proposal).
A 5% discount is offered for group purchase.
