Chongqing Ziyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., established in April 2000, is a subsidiary company wholly owned by Chongqing Ziyuan Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. The company has an A-level qualification for national real estate development and the registered funds of CNY 53.50 million. In December 2002, it passed ISO90001:2000 Quality Certification by China Quality Certification Center, and became the first real estate company that had passed that certification in western Chongqing. Since 2006, it has been successively titled as an enterprise with “Honest Brand in Chongqing Real Estate Industry”; In March 2015, through the CQC Chongqing Accreditation Center Quality Certification 22015 new version of the upgrade . Besides, it was granted the title of an “Outstanding contribution enterprise” for many times at Chongqing Real Estate Expo.
As a dominant business of the group, Chongqing Ziyuan Real Estate Development Company undertakes the mission of “providing top living products and services to the society”, practices “making classic works with art, letting classic works invigorate the business and seeking for development through finding distinctive features”, and makes Ziyuan a household brand in the domestic housing construction field with its high-quality building construction following the idea of providing high-quality living environment and relying on the operation principle of excellent product quality and sustainable development.
