“Ziyuan •Tri-river Pearl” is located at the junction of Jialing River, Fujiang River and Qujiang River in Hechuan District, Chongqing, with a construction area of 78,300m2. The project has realized the perfect fusion of modern characteristics and Shanghai style, which is the landmark building of “Chongqing  Landscape Garden City”.

      Strong wind passes the three rivers and spring lake shocks Heyang. The sunglow dyes Jiuling, and Yazui soaks up the auspicious light. In the autumn of 2002, Ziyuan Group bought a block of barren land to build new houses. After laborious house removal and demolition, the barren land has been changed to modern high-rise buildings and squares, and Hechuan has been filled with Shanghai style architectures. Tri-river Pearl has written its own historical chapter.
      Ascending the tower, crooning Du Fu’s poems and appreciating the riverside landscape downward, one will be impressed by the scene connecting the sky and the land. Looking into the distant Diaoyucheng and the white pagoda far away, one will never forget the sight of geese drifting on the sand. Hearing flute breaking the dawn’s serenity, waves gurgling and fishing boat greeting the dark, one will be free from the worldly hustling and bustling and enjoy to his heart the emerald water scene. If Tao Yuanming, a famous ancient poet, was still alive, he would not longer be obsessed with the scenery in the Peach Garden.
      One can find recreation in the plaza and take a stroll to the paradise. The zigzagging path leads to the magic places and small gardens look like art galleries. The fun can only be found inside, because flowers and birds are your best company there. In the evening when lights are on, walking on the dike, you can appreciate dazzling light dancing in the river and a crescent moon casting its rays on the billowing waves. Breeze kissing the face, the young will feast them with the scenic beauty; standing there, the elderly can not help recalling the past places in their memory, and women in their prime age will be chatting about their better-off lives.
      Du Fu’s poems still linger; Yazui commands a new beautiful view, and the residential area reveals eminence; with far sight on the high rises, life of households will move on. Luckiness comes from afar and flower gardens give out fragrance. Assuming geographical advantages, it is a real perfect place for people’s life and real estate development.
