Ziyuan · COSMO Times, as the first project of Chongqing Ziyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in the urban area of Chongqing, has undergone many hardships to become an influential high-quality residential community integrating commerce and residence in Shipingqiao. The company has been undertaking the mission of “providing the society with first-class residential products and services”, and been dedicated to create easy and comfortable living environments for young people pursuing capriciousness and dreams.
    At the preliminary planning stage of the project, the company conducted specific analysis and positioning for the project: (1) In the aspect of unit types, exquisite unit types such as unit type with one bedroom that can be transformed to be with two bedrooms and unit type with two bedrooms that can be transformed to be with three bedrooms were specially introduced, so as to practically allow customers to have the best arranged apartment layout, occupy the largest use area and live comfortably. (2) Great emphasis was placed on the engineering quality. During construction, the construction organization was under strict control, regular quality and safety inspection were carried out, and problems discovered were timely eliminated with clear responsibility assumption. (3) In the aspect of materials, building materials with high quality were preferentially used; in-situ concrete reinforcement, frameworks, concrete grades and casting locations were routinely inspected, so that problems could be solved before hand or during the process and the construction quality could be ensured to assure comfortable accommodation to the customers.
    In consideration of the young generation’s pursuit for capriciousness and colorful life, the company specially designed the bottom three-storey commercial space with residential apartments above, so as to satisfy the living and recreational needs of young people and make them feel happy for living here.    
    No matter it was the engineering quality or the engineering progress, the company has implemented strict requirements. To meet the general progress arrangement of the Group Company, the Project Department has carefully organized construction management and conducted various work orderly. From June 2014 up to now, the main structure of Building No. 1 has been completed to the construction of the 19th floor; that of Building No. 2 has been completed to the construction of the 16th floor; for the commercial part of Building No. 3, concrete structure of two layers has been completed and the framework for the final layer of the commercial part is been erected; for Building No. 4, 80% construction of the underground garage has been completed, and the remaining 20% is undergoing independent foundation construction; it is expected that construction of Building No. 4 is to be completed by the end of this year; for Building No. 5, the main building structure has concrete cast to the 15th floor; for Building No. 6, the underground garage has had structural construction completed.
