On June 27, the opening ceremony of Pauline’s World City was held at the Sales Center. Over 3,000 people were gathering on the site, including leaders of the Group, shareholders of the project, representatives of merchants and famous media, new and old customers, to witness the event.

On the morning of the day, Hongkong Yurunfa Supermarket and CJ CGV signed a formal contract with the Pauline’s World City, which was another important merchant introduced after the Pacific Department Store and would also bring more convenience to Tongliang people in aspects of living, shopping and entertainment.

At 20:00 that night, a star concert carefully prepared for the opening ceremony was presented. Chairman Du Jingang and representatives of two major merchants made speeches, respectively. Chairman Du expressed that as the first urban landmark of Tongliang in future, the “Pauline’s World City” had been greatly cared by leaders of the CPC Committee and the People’s Government of Tongliang District since its establishment; it had also received extensive attention and expectation of the people from all social circles. As a high-end urban complex integrating a 5A Grade-A office building, urban elite apartment buildings, large shopping center, culture and art pedestrian street, and three-dimensional urban transportation center, it would play a leading role in promoting the urban construction and the development of commerce and trade! Bald Li Jin’s performance further added to the atmosphere and his How Are You Feeling There presented the audience with a perfect audio-visual feast. Then, under the common expectation of the site guests, the Black Duck Choral Group sang a classic and nostalgic song - Cordate Telosma, which won continuous applause; the finale performance of singer Luo Zhongxu made the atmosphere even hotter. A classic song, Starry Night, excited the audience and brought them into a chorus. The starry night of Pauline’s World City ended with the final performance of fireworks!

After the contract-signing ceremony, the grand subscription of the office building and apartments began. On the day, 128 houses were subscribed. As the first urban complex of Tongliang District, it had undoubtedly created a legend of commercial real estate sales in Tongliang District!
