Delivery site

      On August 22, 2014, Ziyuan · Fontainebleau finally came to be delivered. All careful preparations by all workers and expectations of the owners all turned into the release of passion on this day.
      Though it was rather hot when Fontainebleau Phase I was delivered, every one of us stuck to our positions with smiles on our face to receive owners, making them feel warm at home. The delivery site was all in order and in a jubilant atmosphere; people were all indulged in the happiness of harvest. Workers were in high spirits to welcome the owners to come home. Owners were full of smiles, exhibiting their joy of moving in. Those owners who had obtained their keys looked specially happy and proud; they expressed the recognition of the living quarters’ quality, and also praised the beauty and warmth of the community.

Owners taking the delivery

      The delivery was continuing. The Fontainebleau Service Center will serve the owners as always, think what the owners think and timely solve problems for the owners, so as to contribute to the brand of Ziyuan.
      During the delivery period, all procedures (including reception, processing, rest area setup, apartment acceptance and etc.) were under strict control and subject to people-oriented arrangements; high-quality services were provided to the owners at a collective delivery area. Every detail of the delivery site, including the clean floor, transparent rooms, live garden, and banners everywhere saying “Ziyuan · Fontainebleau welcomes you to come home!”, manifested the warm atmosphere of the community. Greeting of welcoming home from workers to owners also carried along the warmth and sincerity from Ziyuan Company. All workers on the delivery site were practicing the company’s mission of “providing the society with first-class residential products and services”.
      Ziyuan people always persist in sparing no efforts to fulfill the initial promises to the owners. Ms. Zhang, one of the owners, said, “The most important point my husband and I consider is the ‘quality’. During the period when we searched for an apartment, we had come here for many times and felt the apartments here were constructed with good building materials and technology. We are assured with the quality of Ziyuan. ”
      To ensure a smooth process of delivering Ziyuan · Fontainebleau Phase I, leaders of Ziyuan Group had held several times of coordination meetings with workers on the project and other relevant departments at the preliminary stage, consulted about and improved a series of problems relating to cleaning, construction rectification and delivery plans, having greatly contributed to the smooth delivery.
      Up to now, over 1,000 suites of Ziyuan · Fontainebleau Phase I have been delivered. There is still a small quantity of ready suites under sale. For Ziyuan · Fontainebleau Phase II under construction, partial residential suites are under sale, with the area of 70-110m2 to satisfy different needs of customers.
