The project is located in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing City and about 500m away from Shipingqiao Roundabout. The construction of the project was commenced in June 2014 and is expected to be completed in October 2016. The total land area is about 16,797.0㎡ and the total building area is about 72,587.29㎡.
    The project is specially created for elites and white collars, featuring pleasant living environment and quality living atmosphere. With consideration given to social and environmental benefits, the project has also considered promoting the economic benefits of the land used, so as to realize reasonable functional layout, proper configuration of land, clear structures, smooth roads, complete supporting facilities and other requirements, to create comfortable and pleasant living and commercial space, and to be with distinct features as a landmark.
    The project encountered mould rains and high temperatures after its construction is commenced in June 2014. To practically facilitate the construction progress and fix the opening time of the buildings, the project has been carried out in strict observance of the Group’s strategic deployment and following urgent technical measures (such as increasing the one-off investment of man power, resources and circulating materials) for seasonal construction to reduce any delay of the construction period by various adverse factors.
    To satisfy the overall operation requirements of the Group Company, our company has carefully organized discussions about the construction technical plan and measures. All work is now carried out in an orderly manner to ensure opening of the buildings to the public in late October and to fulfill the annual target of this year.
