External appearance of the main structure of Phase I

      The main structure of Fontainebleau Phase I has been fully completed. Currently, focus is placed on laying underground pipeline networks, water supply and drainage facilities, strong and weak electric facilities, and hallway decorations. The outdoor land leveling of Phase I is expected to be completed by late March; by early April, trees will be planted; by late April, ancillary electrical and mechanical equipments for Phase I will enter the site and be installed; by late May, commissioning of the equipments will be completed. In accordance with the annual objective responsibility document, Phase I shall have met the conditions of delivery by June 30.
       At present, construction of buildings at Phase II will be carried out in accordance with the established annual plan.
